The Role

You will play a vital role in preparing competitive tenders for new-build projects, refurbishments, external works and multi-utility installations.

Key Responsibilities

Producing detailed cost estimates and tender submissions
Analysing drawings, specifications and technical information
Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotations
Supporting utility pricing (connections, upgrades, diversions, disconnections)
Offering value-engineering solutions and commercial insight
Maintaining accurate cost databases and tender records

About You

Previous experience as an Estimator in construction or utilities
Strong technical and numerical understanding
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
Ability to meet deadlines within a fast-paced tendering environment
Collaborative approach to working with internal teams
